1. General Information Pure Luxe Spray Tanning provides professional custom spray tanning services. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Payment All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final service balance.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100%.
4. Refund Policy No refunds are provided. If you are not satisfied with your tan, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to correct it.
5. Service Disclaimer Results vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Pure Luxe Spray Tanning is not responsible for results impacted by failure to follow instructions.
6. Photo & Video Consent Photos or videos may be taken with client consent for marketing purposes.
7. Health & Safety Clients must inform their artist of any allergies or conditions that could affect their service.
8. Marketing Communications By booking, you agree to receive reminders and promotional messages. You can opt out anytime.
