At Pure Luxe Spray Tanning, every appointment is designed to deliver an exceptional experience — from start to finish. To ensure each client receives the highest level of care, attention, and professionalism, we ask that you review our studio policies before your reservation.

These guidelines help protect your time, our schedule, and the integrity of your tan. Please read carefully before your visit to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

  • Spray tanning does not provide UV protection and is not a substitute for sunscreen. Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult their physician before tanning. ​ Individuals with known allergies should let us know in advance.

  • All individuals’ skin reacts differently. While we use products regarded as safe, some may experience adverse reactions or sensitivities. ​ We are not liable for any allergic reactions, staining of clothing, personal belongings, or uneven results due to failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions.

  • Spray tanning involves the application of a solution containing DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), a cosmetic ingredient FDA-approved for external use when appropriate measures are taken to protect mucous membranes. To comply with FDA guidelines, we provide appropriate protection for the following: ​

    • Eyes and the surrounding area

    • Lips and other mucous membranes

    • Prevention of inhalation or ingestion of the product ​

    If these protections are not in place, the application of DHA may be considered an unapproved use. Please notify your spray tan technician if you have concerns about these protections.

  • A credit card is required to book and a 50% reservation fee is required to secure your appointment time. 100% of service will be charged for same day cancellations and no shows. Please notify me within 24 hours of a cancellation or to reschedule.

  • We believe in our product 100% and do not do refunds for our services. All sales are final but if you have an issue with your tan, please contact us and we will attempt to help you fix it.

  • Please fill out waivers before appointment to ensure we can start on time.

  • Since the spa is a quiet place children can only be allowed after spa hours, please reach out first if you need to being your child with you.

  • One guest ( not getting tanned) may be permitted with you due to limited space.
